Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a Professional Counselor, by providing a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. You and your EverWhen Therapy therapist will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. It is of the upmost importance to establish rapport and foster a safe environment for clients that encourages creative and verbal expression.
We assist clients in helping them achieve a positive change towards processing their past, improve self-awareness, and increased ability to engage in strengths-based work. Clients are encouraged to focus on their ability to effectively cope with and manage emotions, process new experiences, and identify personal strengths. Services are provided to any one that may struggle with issues such as: managing behaviors, coping with trauma, improving self-confidence, academic difficulties, emotional distress, and interpersonal relationships. EverWhen Therapy’s treatment plans are developed based on the clients area of need. We value inclusion and have an uncompromising commitment to treat each person with respect as an individual.
