Licensed Professional Counselors & Art Therapists with LPC
EverWhen Therapy is seeking an experienced therapist to join our private practice in Fairfax, Virginia. This primarily in-person contract position includes some telehealth work and is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented clinician who enjoys working independently and providing care to individuals, couples, families, and clients of all ages.
Position Requirements:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Resident in Counseling, or Art Therapist with LPC
• Graduate degree in clinical mental health or related field
• Post-graduate therapy experience preferred
• Early evening availability + daytime hours as caseload grows
• Interest in building a caseload of ~28–34 clients per week
• Experience with couples, families, and LGBTQ+ clients preferred
• Experience with EMDR, CBT, and DBT therapies preferred
• We value self-motivated, creative, and organized individuals

Clinical Supervision
Are you a Virginia Resident in Counseling seeking a supportive private practice where you can build your caseload, strengthen your clinical skills, and work toward LPC licensure? EverWhen Therapy is hiring Residents in Counseling to join our Old Fairfax City practice. This primarily in-person contract role includes some telehealth and offers the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families, and clients of all ages while receiving clinical supervision and professional mentorship.
• Strengthen clinical judgment and case conceptualization
• Develop confidence managing complex client situations
• Expand experience with evidence-based treatment approaches
• Grow skills in couples, family, and individual therapy
• Get guidance on documentation, ethics, and risk management
• Develop your therapeutic style and professional identity
• Early evening availability + daytime hours as caseload grows
• Interest in building a caseload of ~28–34 clients per week
