How to Make a Payment & Payment Policies
Treatment Cost Transparency
Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of therapy sessions for the year and must review and accept it before beginning services. The estimate covers session fees only and does not include no-show or late-cancellation fees, report writing, phone calls lasting more than 15 minutes, requested meetings or consultations, or other additional services.
How to Pay
Credit & Debit Card Payments
Credit and debit card payments are strongly preferred and are processed online. Clients are required to keep a valid card on file for payment.
In-Person Payments
For in-office services, we will charge the credit card on file. Cash or check may occasionally be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
HSA/FSA Payments
Online payments made with an HSA/FSA cards may be used for eligible services when accepted by the card issuer.
Third-Party Payments
We do not accept virtual credit card payments from third-party payors. Any third-party payments must be issued by check payable to EverWhen Therapy, LLC.
