Our Unique Approach
Why Choose EverWhen Therapy?
Small & Personalized
We offer a more personalized alternative to large, corporate therapy practices, with sessions shaped around your individual needs and goals. By maintaining smaller client loads, our therapists have more space to truly get to know you and provide customized treatment plans.
Trauma & Burnout
Our therapists have experience working with military members, military contractors, and other professionals in high-stress and demanding roles. We specialize in trauma and complex PTSD, helping our clients prevent and manage burnout so they can feel more present and engaged in everyday life.
Creative & Strategic
We blend creative approaches like art therapy with trusted modalities such as EMDR and DBT to help people of all ages explore their subconscious. This balance of head and heart is helpful for those with complex PTSD or children, adolescents, and adults who struggle to express feelings verbally.
Flexible Scheduling
We know therapy has to fit into real life. EverWhen offers flexible in-person and online therapy appointments for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our scheduling is designed to make therapy accessible, with appointment times and session durations that fit your busy schedule.
Inclusive & Welcoming
EverWhen is an inclusive, affirming space for people of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, sexual orientations, gender identities, and family structures. We are dedicated to helping each and every client feel safe and respected so they can show up fully in their sessions and make lasting change.
Holistic Care
Clients tell us we think outside the box, offering a laid-back approach that challenges the “stuffy therapist” stereotype. We look beyond symptoms and may incorporate self-care, mindfulness, and movement to help you feel grounded, connected, and better equipped for daily life.
