Announcements and Resources

In January of 2022, the “No Surprise Act” put into effect a law that made it so any out-of-pocket client, must be provided with a “Good Faith Estimate” for your proposed sessions with your assigned therapist at EverWhen Therapy, LLC. For potential new clients this estimate must be provided prior to your first session to review and accept. The Good Faith Estimate will provide you, the client, with a maximized out of pocket cost of sessions provided to you in a year by your assigned therapist at EverWhen Therapy, LLC in writing for you to review and accept. This estimate will only provide the cost of sessions and does not apply to any EverWhen Therapy, LLC’s 2% credit card swipe fee, no show/late cancellation fees, report writing, telephone conversations that last longer than 15 minutes, attendance at meetings or consultations which you have requested, or the time required to perform any other service which you may request of your assigned therapist.
